EXCHANGE POLICY

If you require an exchange you must email Taille Fine Shapewear within 3 business days of receipt of your item at tbrown@taillefineshapewear.com. Taille Fine Shapewear will not accept returns after 3 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The customer will be refunded the total amount due less the shipping charge.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS AND EXERCISE CLOTHES DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGIENE REGULATIONS.

Exchange items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Undergarments and Exercise apparel cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations.

SHIPPING POLICY

Taille Fine Shapewear has a 3-5 Business Day order processing time prior to shipment. Items are shipped according to the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. Tracking email confirmations are sent at the time of shipping. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.
