Exchange Shipping/Restocking Fee
Please follow the size chart for each item closely. The waist trainers/cinchers run small. The trainer must be tight to properly cinch and reduce your waist. The cincher has from 4-5 inches of space between the closures when open.
The trainer is not suppose to easily fasten. To put the trainer on it may be necessary to use a mirror so that you can see how to latch the hook and eye steel closures.
Hook the 1st hook at the bottom the trainer. Slide the trainer as far up your abdomen - into the chest area as you can manage.
Fasten each hook beginning at the bottom of the trainer and work your way up. Slide the trainer down some after each hook you fasten until the garment is snugly situated at your hips.
Taille Fine Shapewear suggests that the trainer should be worn from 2-3 hours a day initially for the first 2 weeks, then attempt to wear the trainer for 8+ hours a day.

If you require an exchange you must email Taille Fine Shapewear within 3 business days of receipt of your item at firstname.lastname@example.org. Taille Fine Shapewear will not accept returns after 3 business days of receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. The customer will be refunded the total amount due less the shipping charge.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERGARMENTS AND EXERCISE CLOTHES DUE TO HEALTH AND HYGIENE REGULATIONS.
Exchange items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Undergarments and Exercise apparel cannot be exchanged due to health and hygiene regulations.

Taille Fine Shapewear has a 3-5 Business Day order processing time prior to shipment. Items are shipped according to the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. Tracking email confirmations are sent at the time of shipping. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update with the carrier.
